# Cách khắc phục lỗi đầu đọc mã vạch Datalogic QW2100 không lên tia

Nhiều bạn khi mới mua [**đầu đọc mã vạch Datalogic QW2100**](https://hacode.vn/search?type=product\&q=QW2100) về thì gặp phải trường hợp có một số đầu đọc không hiện lên tia đỏ để quét mã vạch. Vậy để khắc phục nhanh và tại nhà cho các bạn thì hôm nay HACODE sẽ giúp các bạn làm việc này.

1. Đầu tiên các bạn cắm dây kết nối USB vào giữa đầu đọc mã vạch với máy tính

* Các bạn bóp và giữ nút scan tầm 10s à Đầu đọc sẽ kêu một tiếng TÍT rồi hiện ra tia màu đỏ

1. Tiếp theo các bạn quét vào mã vạch bên đưới

* Các bạn khi quét xong mã vạch này thì chờ khoảng 1 phút.
* Sau đó các bạn rút dây USB ra và cắm lại . Rồi thực hiện thao tác quét mã vạch như bình thường.
