# NGƯỢC GIỜ VÀO VÀ GIỜ RA

Cách khắc phục:

1\. Lỗi định dạng ngày tháng năm

Đây là lỗi thường gặp nhất trong quá trình sử dụng phần mềm chấm công. Khi xuất dữ liệu chấm công ra file excel mà máy bào lỗi như hình trên tức là máy chấm công và máy tình của bạn không trùng định dạng ngày giờ.

Cách khác phục:

Trên máy tính của bạn, bạn bào Control Panel sau đó bạn click chuột vào Clock, Language and Region:

Sau đó bạn tiếp tục click vào Region and Language:

Chổ Formats các bạn chọn ngôn ngữ là English ( United States) như hình bên dưới mình tô đỏ:

Sau đó các bạn click vào ô Location và chọn United States như hình bên dưới được tô đỏ:

Các bạn quay trở lại ô Formats và click chuột vào Additional Settings:

Bước tiếp theo các bạn click vào ô Date và điều chỉnh lai định dạng ngày tháng năm thành dd/mm/yyyy như trên hình sau đó bấm Apply rồi Ok 2 lần để lưu lại nhé

2. Kiểm tra lại phần khai báo ca làm việc xem khai báo đã chuẩn chưa. Sau đó xuất lại dữ liệu kiểm tra lại.
