# Hướng dẫn thêm nhân viên mới cho máy chấm công vân tay RONALD JACK X628-C

Đầu tiên từ bàn phím của máy chấm công, bạn ấn phím M/OK, màn hình của máy hiển thị như hình dưới:

Tiếp theo bạn chọn mục người sử dụng rồi ấn M/OK, lúc này màn hình sẽ hiện thị như dưới:

Chọn người sử dụng mới rồi ấn M/OK:

Ở đây bạn có thể chọn vai trò của người dùng là người sử dụng hay là người quản trị. Bạn muốn lấy vân tay, số thẻ hay mật mã cho nhân viên là tùy theo nhu cầu của bạn.

Ví dụ mình lấy vân tay cho nhân viên , thì mình chọn mục Vân tay rồi ấn M/OK:

Màn hình máy chấm công sẽ hiện ra 10 ngón vân tay tượng trưng cho bạn và bạn sẽ đưa vân tay vào mắt đọc của máy:

Khi hiện dấu tích xanh thì có nghĩa bạn đã đăng kí thành công. Để lưu thông tin bạn vừa lấy thì bạn chọn tiếp M/OK.
