# Reset Factory

**Đặt vấn đề:**

Cách reset máy in ZT610, ZT620 về mặc định ?

Máy in Zebra ZT610 không nhận đúng khổ giấy ?

Máy in ZT620 in bỏ trắng nhãn, in nhảy cóc ?

**Áp dụng:**

Zebra ZT600 Series Printers.

**Giải quyết vấn đề:**

Để đưa máy in Zebra ZT600 Series về mặc định, chúng ta sử dụng một trong những cách dưới đây.

Lưu ý: Factory reset sẽ xóa bỏ toàn bộ cấu hình máy in về mặc định nhà sản xuất do vậy cần lưu những cài đặt trước khi tiến hành.

Cách 1: Sử dụng bảng điều khiển LCD trên máy in

1\.       Ấn OK để vào Home Menu Di chuyển tới TOOLS hoặc NETWORK bằng cách ấn nút LEFT hoặc RIGHT

2\. Sử dụng nút UP/DOWN để di chuyển tới FACTORY

Ấn nút RIGHT SELECT chọn LOAD để tiến hành factory reset máy in về mặc định

Cách 2: Sử dụng Driver để facory reset

1\. Start\Control Panel\Devices and Printers\\

2\. Click chuột phải vào máy in và chọn Printing Preferences

1\. Click chọn tab Tools

2\. Cửa sổ Command Type: chọn Action

3\. Cửa sổ Command name: chọn Load factory defaults

4\. Click Send: Máy in sẽ tiến hành đẩy vài nhãn trắng ra khỏi máy in, và có thể khởi động lại.

Cách 3: Sử dụng cú pháp lệnh

Hãy send cú pháp lệnh dưới đây để tiến hành factory default ^JUF

Cách 4: Sử dụng tổ hợp phím trên bảng điều khiển

1\. Tắt máy in và đợi khoảng 30s.

2\. Ấn và giữ nút PAUSE+FEED đồng thời. Bật nguồn lên.

3\. Đợi các đèn LED sáng rùi tắt thì nhả tay ra.
